保安公司的保安勤务的管理要注意些什么?

(一)、勤务值班制度各级勤务管理部门和勤务分队,必须建立昼夜值班制度。勤务值班队长、值班人员必须坚守岗位,履行职责,交接班时,要将当班情况和需要继续处理的问题,认真交接清楚。交接中遇有情况,应由交班人员处理,接班人员协助。

(二)、请示报告制度勤务分队要经常向上级报告执勤情况。不能解决的问题,要及时请示。一般情况,按规定时间逐级请示报告;重要情况和涉外问题,随时请示报告;紧急情况,可越级报告。对一时弄不清的问题,先简报,后详报。报告情况要准确,请示问题应有处理建议。

(三)、勤务检查制度保安服务公司经理、保安部,以及各级保安队长,要经常检查部属执勤情况。各级勤务管理人员可采用定期与不定期相结合、日检与夜查相结合、普检与抽查相结合的方式,每天检查勤务人员履行职责情况。重要节日或遇特殊情况,要加强检查,目的在于及时了解勤务人员岗位执勤状况,处理勤务中的问题,保证各勤务岗位不漏岗和认真履行岗位职责。

(五)、岗位责任制度保安人员岗位责任制度,是指规定不同岗位的保安人员对保安服务工作应承担的责任和获得利益的一种制度。它是将保安人员工作任务目标具体化、制度化的措施,其内容因保安人员的具体工作岗位、任务不同而有所区别。制定从业人员岗位责任制,实行目标化管理,是我国深化企业改革,加强职工队伍管理的一项行之有效的重要措施,已经为我国各行各业所接受。保安人员的岗位责任制要充分反映出保安服务工作的特点,符合保安人员工作任务和内容的实际情况。岗位责任制制定得科学、合理,有利于考核、评价保安人员的工作成绩,有利于鼓励保安人员自我约束和奋发努力。

(六)、勤务登记制度保安队要建立勤务值班日记、查勤登记、领班人员登记簿;单独执勤的班建立执勤日记和领班员登记簿。值班日记、执勤日记主要记载:上级的命令、指示、通知和执行情况;临时勤务派遣;部署调整;执勤中发生的问题和处理情况。查勤登记、领班员登记簿和重要哨所登记簿分别记载:干部查勤情况;领班员、哨兵在执勤中遇到的问题及处理结果。连队用过的各类登记簿和执勤方案等文书资料,要指定专人收集整理,妥善保管。勤务移交时,随之移交或按上级指示处理。

(七)勤务研究制度勤务研究制度规定班每周、队半月、公司每月召开一次勤务研究会,通过研究会的形式分析执勤情况,总结经验教训,研究改进措施,解决执勤中的问题。必要时,可视勤务的需要随时召开勤务研究会。

(八)勤务联系制度勤务分队要与执勤目标及有关部门密切联系,互通情况,与驻地公安机关、治保组织等友邻单位保持联系,了解周边社会治安情况的变化,商定协同措施,搞好联防。
(8) The Service Contact System The Service Unit shall keep in close contact with the duty objectives and relevant departments, exchange information, keep in touch with the resident public security organs, public security organizations and other neighboring units, understand the changes in the security situation in the surrounding society, agree on coordinated measures and do a good job in joint defense.
