保安队伍如何落实各项规章制度?

在实践中,很多保安班(队)长由于存在“小权利”思想,往往放松自己,但要求别人很严格,把自己置于规章制度以外,久而久之,导致保安员口服心不服,自己的威信越来越差,不可能带好一支队伍。贯彻和落实各项规章制度,要坚持以下三个原则:

一是保安骨干以身作则的原则。在规章制度面前人人平等,不管是保安管理干部,还是刚刚入队的新兵,都要站在职业和使命的高度摆正自己的位置,在制度面前人人平等,把自己看成是这支队伍里普通的一员。所谓喊破嗓子不如干出个样子,如果自己做不好、标杆当不好就会误导保安员,那么一旦保安员违反某项规定会理直气壮地说“跟你学的”。所以,在落实规章制度上保安骨干要认清自己,要求别人做到的首先自己做到,要求别人不能做的自己绝对不做,用自己的行为带动和影响保安员。

二是倡导严宽相宜的原则。所谓“严”,是指落实各项规章制度应该有一个尺度标准,过分的“严”使队伍失去活泼氛围,不利于凝聚力量,往往会适得其反。所谓“宽”,是指在制度执行上灵活运用,宽而不乱,过分的“宽”损害制度的严肃性,起不到制度的作用。
